15 min prep, 15 min cook time, serves 4
- x 1 500g AutentiCo Chilli non Carne
- x 4 salsa flavoured tortilla’s
- 1 ½ cups Vegan grated tasty cheese
- ¼ cup torn fresh coriander
- ½ red onion diced
- ½ tomato diced
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced
- Heat the Chilli non Carne as per pack instructions and transfer to prepared dish and set aside.
- Place a 6cm-deep, 20cm round springform pan on a baking tray. Place 1 tortilla in the base of the pan. Spread one-third of the chilli non carne mixture over the tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of cheese
- Repeat layers twice with the remaining tortillas, chilli non carne and cheese, finishing with one tortilla at top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden. Set aside for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- Combine diced tomato, onion and coriander and serve with the pie.
