Tortilla Pie

15 min prep, 15 min cook time, serves 4


  • x 1 500g AutentiCo Chilli non Carne
  • x 4 salsa flavoured tortilla’s
  • 1 ½ cups Vegan grated tasty cheese
  • ¼ cup torn fresh coriander
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ tomato diced


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced
  2. Heat the Chilli non Carne as per pack instructions and transfer to prepared dish and set aside.
  3. Place a 6cm-deep, 20cm round springform pan on a baking tray. Place 1 tortilla in the base of the pan. Spread one-third of the chilli non carne mixture over the tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of cheese
  4. Repeat layers twice with the remaining tortillas, chilli non carne and cheese, finishing with one tortilla at top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden. Set aside for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  6. Combine diced tomato, onion and coriander and serve with the pie.
