10 min prep time, 10 mins cook time, serves 4
- x 1 500g AutentiCo Bolognese Sauce
- x 1 pack store bought vegan gnocchi
- x 1 cup water
- Vegan mozzarella
- Heat the AutentiCo Bolognese sauce as per pack instructions on the stove top and set aside.
- Add the uncooked gnocchi to the AutentiCo Bolognese Sauce and add 1 cup of water straight to the pan. The mix is ready when the gnocchi is soft and tender. Do not overcook the mixture for too long or the gnocchi will disintegrate.
- Transfer the mixture into a 3.5L round casserole dish and top with vegan mozzarella
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the surface is slightly golden.
